Mission:

SWAT is Florida's statewide youth orginazation working to mobilize, educate and equip Florida youth to revolt against and de-glamorize Big Tobacco, SWAT is a united movement of empowered youth working towards a tobacco free future.

Purpose:

The purpose of SWAT is to promote a drug-free lifestyle among our student body and to educate the school on the dangers of tobacco in order to become knowledegeable and ideal students.

Membership:

All students who register to participate in SWAT for the school year will read and sign the Club Member Expectations which outlines what is required by each member. All of the members need to stay committed until the end of the school year.  If at any time a member feels that they can no longer carry out their role, shall advise the president and adviser in order for the position to be filled. All members must attend 90% of the meetings in order to show others the harm tobacco can do.

Meeting Schedule:

An all-member meeting will be held on the second and last Friday of each month. A meeting for all officers and coordinators will be held on the first and third Friday of each month.
