Goal:
To acquire fundamental camera and darkroom skills in order to produce original B & W photographs
Course Objective:
-Learn the parts and proper use of a 35mm SLR camera
-Develop black & white film properly
-Learn how to use a dark room enlarger and print black & white photographs
-Experience and participate in group critiques and project presentations
-Produce several quality photographs that can be displayed in a student exhibition

Grading Criteria:
A=90-100%
B=89- 80%
C=79- 70%
D=69- 60%
F=59 – below
