Year-by-Year Checklist for Success!Grade List of items must be done at that grade level. Freshman Year
- Develop good training routines. weight training, running, and flexibility.
- Earn solid grades right from the start (A's & B's ONLY!).
- Contribute on the JV Team, with a goal of moving up to the Varsity level.
- Attend summer camps, 7 on 7's, and other off-season training programs to greater develop your skill set.

Assess Diet Plan to maximize energy & weight gain/loss.Go through Summer Weight Training program at Miami Beach.
Sophmore Year
- Continue weight training, running, and flexibility.
- Continue to get the best grades possible (3.0 GPA or higher).

Players should prepare to become starters or contributors at the Varsity level.

Pass the FCAT on your first try!!

Attend summer camps, 7 on 7's, and other off-season training programs to greater develop your skill set.

Junior Year
- Continue good training routines!
- Work hard in practice to have the best year of your high school career.
- Take courses necessary to attend the college(s) of your choice.
