Member Responsabilities

• Team members MUST come to practice on time.
• Members have to be ready to give a 100% at all times.
• Team members must remain with the team before an after a performance, by not doing so you will immediately go in probation.
• When a show os coming up attendence to rehersal is MANDATORY.
• A team member will not perform with the team if they:

1. Miss to many practices
2. does not know the choreography 
3. Is under academic or disciplinary probation.
4. Disrecpecful behavior to authorities.

• If during a show you do not perform to the fullest potential you might get expel from the team.
• As a team member you are obligated to participate in fundraisings, decision making, etc..
• YOUR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE CAN NOT BE AFFECTED BY YOU BEING ON THE TEAM.
• Your grades can not be less than a C.
• You are obligated to show the sponsor, captains or co-captains your grade progress report and report card 
• If you do not agree with a decision made regarding songs, outfits, choreography or formation, come up with something new and show it during the upcoming practice.

THE SPONSOR WILL HAVE THE LAST WORD.

Infractions 

• Unexcused absences from practice 5
• Improper uniform for practice or performance 2
• Disrespectful towers sponsor, coach, or teammates 1
• Not performing at your fullest 2
• Inappropriate cellphone use 10
• Not participating on team activities 4

WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN IN CASES 2,3,4 AND 5. Depending on the case, it’s allow to miss practice for the following reasons:

1. Family emergency.
2. Tutoring.
3. Official field trip.
4. Doctors appointments.
5. Grade related activities.

MUST SHOW PROOF.

You HAVE TO communicate directly with the sponsor or captains.

THE SPONSOR WILL JUDGE ANY OTHER CASE NOT LISTED ABOVE.
