The Chorus curriculum currently includes two (2) in-class performing organizations, CHORUS 1 (Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4) and ADVANCED CHORUS (Levels 5H and 6H, also known as HARD CHORUS).
Serious solo singers who have completed at least one (1) year of chorus or vocal ensemble work are eligible to enroll in the VOCAL TECHNIQUES class (Levels 1 and 2), where participants acquire more individulaized and in-depth vocal training.KEYBOARD classes (Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4H) provide students with opportunities to learn piano fundamentals and explore repertoire spanning various musical eras and genres. Personnel have performed both as soloists and in tandem with the Chorus groups during our events.*PLEASE NOTE: Course offerings may be subject to change each school year.Meeting Dates/Times

IMPORTANT!: Per the Miami Dade County Public Schools Instructional Continuity Plan (ICP) 2.0, ALL STUDENTS must log into the general Student Portal each day by 10a in order to be counted for daily attendance AND regularly participate in all class activities. Keep in mind that different classes may utilize different platforms. As this is a dynamic situation that is subject to change at any moment, it is imperative that students and parents communicate with teachers and stay tuned for any updates.

BEACH HIGH CHORUS & KEYS provides opportunities for students to become proficient in correct singing and instrumental technique, to use their voices and musicianship toward the end goal of creative-artistic expression, and to foster collaboration and a team work ethic.
